Well, since i'm a "keeper things" person, i'll keep anything that i get, although maybe for some poeple it's just a rubbish. I'll take anything they give, but I prefer a symbolic but useful one. I think it'll be a nostalgic memories to remember when we see a that gift whether it's symbolic or useful. It will be better if i got both useful and symbolic gift.

I'm like a book, a novel. You can't just guess me from the outside look. Although maybe you have read the title, it doesn't mean that you can really understand the story. You can just understand me just by the usual thing that i've said about myself, because perhaps I just said what you want or expect to hear. Like a novel, you have to read me page to page, until you have finish reading the book, than perhaps you can get who i really am.

1. I prefer the symbolic one because I like something that has a 'meaning' on it, especially, for my birthday, so that I can remember that gift and why the gift is being given to me someday in the future.
2. I think, I'm like puzzle. You can't understand me if they just know a little about me. You have to know me for a long time and know a lot about me, so that you can know my true personality. Just like puzzle, if you don't have all of the pieces, you won't know what kind of picture that can be made from that puzzle pieces.

1. actually, I think useful gifts are more precious than just symbolic ones.. but somehow,I prefer a symbolic gift..Symbolic gift is always beautiful for me because it will remain me to memories of me n my beloved..For me,a symbolic gift deserves to be kept forever..the useful ones will only used until its end..
2. I will symbolize myself as the piano..
Piano mostly coloured as white n black,showing that I might looked a silence n bored..but once the piano play,it will produce very beautiful sound,rich melody and could change the listener mood..

1. Useful one, because I like people give me something important which can remember. I like people give to me by action, not symbol... I more appreciation people with their work.. But if I can get both of them... Why not???

1. I prefer a symbolic gift that useful. I like something symbolic but if i just use it as display, i think it means nothing. But if i get something useful but doesn't symbolize what the giver thinks, it also doesn't mean anything. So, I can use the thing and remember what this thing symbolize too.
2. I symbolize myself as "the sea". The color of the sea gives calmness for others. Besides that, "sea" is mystery. You won't know the depth until you dive in it.

1.Well, i prefer chose the symbolic gift one. Because symbolic gift deserves to be keep forever. And when i see it, it can remember me for my beloved.
2.i think i like a cubic's cube. Sometimes complicated very much, but in other time it can be match. it's like a puzzle that must to solve it. Sometimes i can be fun, but sometimes people curious to me.

1.A symbolic gift. For me, a useful things can given to us by every one. But, for a symbolic thing is just from someone who loves us trully and deeper. Because, a symbolic one, usually has a "meaning" inside and It is so interesting that I can know what is. It so romantic for me.
2. Perhaps, I will symbolize my soul with water and a salt. I'm a person who like to refresh others.By, supporting, caring, and helping others. Especially, someone who is burdened some. So, He/she will feel helped and can be motivated to finished her/his problem and continue his/her life .Same as water that always gives us a "freshness".

There are alot of advantanges of salt. One is, give our meal taste. Meal will never taste good without salt.So, I always try myself to be the"taste". By, giving good influence and can affect others life in a good way. In order to makes their life better.
1. Actually, symbolic gift is more valuable...but, it's okay if I get either the symbolic or the useful one. The most important thing is the intention of the giver. It's enough for me when someone gives me something sincerely.
2. I symbolize myself as a star.It always shines and gives light in the darkness.

1. A symbolic one probably. There're a lot to be interpreted by symbolic stuffs. Like if I get the useful one, I might end up spending it until it runs out, or I'll probably break it in sense I use it too often~ lol symbolic, on the other hand, can be kept forever since it can't be used anyway. It is like symbol. We can see meanings beyond the literal ones~ :)
Besides, when will you see a man in a movie who give his lover a fountain pen (for example) rather than a bucket of rose? So in a more simplified word, symbolic gift is more romantic xD
2. I think I resemble my computer's desktop wall. I know it sounds funny, but it's really me xD making a wallpaper needs effort, and most of people do not see that. I'm like that, more or less. I want to do something useful for other people, but I don't want to be seen or praised for that :) I love to please people.

2. I'm like as piano. It will be better if it's be played. Because without playing, the piano will be as decorating only. The piano also has black and white colour. 2.The symbol of myself is water. I have no problem in my life, jut let it go. Water always going through never see the past. That is my life. You have to dive into water to know how deep it is. You can not know who I am before you make a long friendship with me.

1. I think I prefer a symbolic gift. It must be has a lot of meaning on it when my beloved give it to me. But for the useful one, I think I can buy it by myself if I want and if I need it, so it just like a usual thing, But different with a symbolic gift, it full of memories I think.

1. Some people think a symbolic gift will be better because it has deeper meaning inside it. But after we receive, see, understand the meaning, what else can we do with the gift?? Nothing but keeping it inside the board or put it on the table because we're afraid to break it or lose it. But the useful one is something we can use in our daily life. Something useful. Not only to put in the board. Anyway, I prefer the useful but has a special meaning (symbolic) too.

1.I prefer to receive a symbolic gift, because I want to know what the real meaning of the gift is. In the case of the poem, i would prefer the rose, I'm sure the limousine is very nice, but rose symbolize beauty and every girl wants to be beautiful.
2. I symbolize myself as a book. You can only judge a book after reading it, and not by looking at the cover. A book may have a pretty cover but the content may or may not be as such; and it works both ways. So, people may judge me by my appearance but they wont know anything about me...they have to get to know me, only then they will know who i really am.

1.Actually if I want to get gift in my birthday party, I prefer a useful one because when I use it, it can remind me to the person who gave it to me, I can appreciate it beside the gift has benefit for me.
But if the giver is my lover, I will choose a symbolic one because I think the symbolic one has deeper meaning so it's like romantic thing for me.
2.I symbolize my self as an origami paper.
An origami paper is fold by the creation so it'll be shaped depends on the creation.
It is same with my self in God's hands, He is my creator. My life is a process to be as God's will. In my life, if I obey Him, I'll be good but if I don't I'll be bad.
1. A symbolic gift, because it will be unique gift to me. And I can feel what they think of me or how much they care of me. For example, if my friend gives me scrap book about our pictures I cannot use that book for taking a bath, doing assignment or exercising. Not too hot, not too cold. Before move to winter season everything prepare to leave or death in fall. It is like middle age of human life. I 'm like a bird. I must fly to search some foods for myself and fly to avoid the winter. I try to look for another place that is more suitable for me. It's just like me who have to go and find the most suitable environment for me. Furthermore, I could find some new friends while I was flying or resting in the branches for a while. I symbolize myself as an umbrella. I would try to protect my beloved from anything which make her cries. As an umbrella exists to prevent the owner from the rain, I would be a perfect guard for her. And there is nothing that I would not do to make her fell my love. On the contrary, the umbrella will be soaked by the rain and shiver, so I am. I will let myself suffer for the sake of my beloved one.

1. I prefer the symbolic one. I'm a melancholic person, who likes to think or flashback about sweet memories or something like that. that is why, I prefer the symbolic one because when I miss my beloved person, I can see that gift and smile because of the memories that left within that gift.
2. I am just like rainbow. it looks so beautiful and also colorful, it can make people feel happy or peaceful when they look at it. but the beauty of the rainbow can appear because of a hard and long process of the rain. That is the thing that makes rainbow can be so beautiful.
to achieve something or to be in a condition as what I expected, I have to experience a long process in order to make the perfect result.
1.A useful thing is better than the symbolic one, because I can use that thing in daily life rather than the symbolic gift that MAY BE I can't understand what's the meaning of the gift.
